Colorado Artfest at Castle Rock 2017 Agreement I have reviewed the show information, rules and regulations and adhere to the following: I hereby release and forever discharge the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, Town of Castle Rock, Douglas County, Douglas County Libraries, Steele Tire and White Construction Group, all sponsoring organizations, and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application to Artfest. Colorado Artfest at Castle Rock reserves the right to use any and all images submitted for the Castle Rock Artfest show from each artist for promotional purposes.
