Ponca City Arts Festival - 43rd Annual Agreement The Ponca City Art Association reserves the right to deny space or exhibition of any work we feel has been misrepresented. Submission of a signed entry constitutes agreement of the entrant to conditions set forth in Entry Rules and Exhibitor Guidelines. The PCAA and Ponca City Art Association and Ponca City Art Center are all the same entity. By applying for this show, you grant permission to the Ponca City Art Center to use an image of my work when advertising this event.   Although every care will be taken, you understand the Ponca City Art Center and/or its members will not be responsible for the loss, damage, theft or vandalism of artwork displays or equipment while on the grounds, in the Art Center, or while in transit. We encourage you to provide your own liability insurance. You agree to sell and display only works of art done by yourself. By applying you signify that you have read the entry rules and exhibitor guidelines, and agree to comply with them.
