ChamberSOUTH South Miami Art Festival 2017 Agreement Acknowledgement In consideration of mutual benefits, I agree to abide by the rules established by Chamber South which I have carefully read and which are listed and made part of this contract. Chamber South will not be responsible for any injury that may arise to exhibitors or guests while they are within the space set aside for exhibitors, or for loss or damage to any property from any cause whatsoever during this festival. A reservation is a commitment to show and no refunds will be made for cancellation after jury date. I hereby and forever discharge, release and hold harmless Chamber South, the City of South Miami and the Sponsors of the Chamber South’s annual South Miami Art Festival and their agents, of and from any loss or damage to my person or property while in the possession or under the supervision of Chamber South. I hereby consent to the enforcement of all the rules and instructions of Chamber South’s annual South Miami Art Festival as set out in any and all letters of announcements and guidelines. I, the artist, agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in this application. There will be no cancellation refunds due to weather, etc. General Releases By agreeing to these terms, applicant hereby certifies that he/she has read and accepts the conditions of the above acknowledgement. Applicant further certifies that all information that he/she has provided is true and correct. I, undersigned artist, authorize Chamber South to use my images, biography and information for publicity purposes and in advertising and festival publications.
