The Sedona Arts Festival and its volunteers do not assume responsibility for loss or damage that may be incurred during this process. All work needs to be of a substantial enough nature to withstand these procedures. We encourage artists to carry their own insurance. The Sedona Arts Festival reserves the right to refuse any piece of unacceptable quality or any piece that does not match the image submitted, or does not meet the framing/finishing criteria. Final selections of all entries will be at the jurors’ discretion.
