ArtXtravaganza 2018 Agreement Submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2018 ArtXtravaganza. The applicant(s) certifies that he/she/they is/are the sole designer or co-designer of the work shown in the submitted images, and he/she/they will be in attendance for the entire show. I/we grant permission to ArtXtravaganza to reprint an image for promotional use of the ArtXtravaganza. This includes the use in press releases, print, television, Instagram, Facebook and our web site. In printed use, I/we will be acknowledged with credit. I/we certify that I/we am/are the artist who creates the work I/we sell and not an artist representative or wholesaler. I/we understand all booths will be visited by the selection committee at intervals throughout the festival to ensure that all exhibitors comply with all festival rules. I/we further agree to abide by all regulations outlined in this application, the load-in and load-out instructions, security procedures, or any rule promulgated by the Chair. I/we acknowledge that failure to abide by regulations and repeated non-compliance will result in expulsion and ineligibility for judging, awards, and participation in future ArtXtravaganza shows. Expulsion of a participant from ArtXtravaganza is without the necessity of any written notice and without legal recourse or right to rebate any portion of the fees paid.
