Completion of the application represents my commitment to participate in the Art Festival to be held in Cape Coral, Florida on January 13 & 14, 2018.

I have received and read the Rules and Regulations of the Show. If I am accepted as an Exhibitor, I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations.

I understand and agree that the Sponsors of the Show, the Rotary Foundation of Cape Coral, Inc., and its members, will not be responsible for any injury which I might suffer, nor for any loss or damage to my property which may occur as a result of my participation in the Show.

If accepted, I understand and agree that my entry fee shall be NONREFUNDABLE including but not limited to cancellation due to inclement weather or other Acts of God, whether or not I attend. I further agree that the application is for one (1) space for the show which is two (2) days.  If I am not accepted, I understand the jury fee will be retained by the sponsor. All checks will be deposited upon receipt. I agree that if accepted into the event, the Rotary Club of Cape Coral and/or Festival of the Arts may use images of my art for publicity purposes.
