Palm Beach Contemporary 2018 Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

I hereby release and forever discharge JPParssi, Inc., A&E Show Group, Palm Beach Contemporary, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the Show. Should I be invited to participate and accept the invitation, A&E Show Group has my permission to use the images I have submitted for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing their shows. Should I be invited to participate and accept the invitation, I agree to abide by all payment schedules & policies and cancellation policies. I understand that booth fees and electricity purchases are non-refundable after 72 hours of submission of the entry form/contract. There are NO refunds of any subsequent payments. All payments are processed by A&E Show Group. Unless you choose to pay by check, a credit card will be kept on file and automatic charges will be made according the above schedule outlined int he Show Contracts, Payments and Cancellations section above. A $35 service fee will be charged for all checks returned unpayable. I further consent to the enforcement of all A&E Show Group rules as set forth in this application and in any subsequent correspondence. Artists and assistants agree to conduct themselves professionally and follow the guidelines set forth by A&E Show Group during the duration of the show, including the load-in and load-out periods.  Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the removal of the offending party from the show floor. In this unlikely event, the artist's booth will be roped off, and the artist will be allowed back into the show for load-out only.
