EDGE Designer Wholesale Trade Show NYC - September 2017 Agreement I agree to hold Jane Mohr/EDGE harmless from any and all liability and responsibility arising out of any accident relating to injuries, death, damages, theft, or environmental exposure sustained by the contracted designer or agents, employees, or visitors to the exhibitors booth at the EDGE show to be held at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel, New York City, Times Square, located at 1568 Broadway, New York, New York, 10036. This includes any accident that may occur before, during, or after the EDGE Designer Show, within the period of September 14th – 18th. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Jane Mohr entirely free from ANY liability, including but not limited to: financial responsibility, health or personal injury, death, to myself or my employees or anyone entering my suite, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. The Jury fee of $35.00 is non-refundable and there will be no refunds issued during the 30-days prior to the show.
