Arts in the Square 2018 - Frisco Texas Agreement Legal Agreement By applying to the Arts in the Square Festival, I assume all responsibility to safeguarding of my products and my display at the Arts in the Square Festival on March 24-25th, 2018. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility as the exhibitor to insure my property. Frisco Square Property Owner’s Association and Behringer Harvard Frisco Square, LP, has the right to close the Arts in the Square Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. There are NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELED SHOWS. I agree to hold harmless Frisco Square Property Owner’s Association and Behringer Harvard Frisco Square, LP, sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, or employees, for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from my participation in this event. I hereby certify that the work I will display and sell at the Arts in the Square Festival will represent my own work. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials.
