Cow Chip Arts and Crafts Fair 2018 Agreement 1. By submitting this application, Vendor states that s/he has handcrafted all items and is in complete compliance with the eligibility requirements. 2. Vendor will not hold River Arts, Inc. or the Cow Chip Festival Committee responsible for damage, theft, or loss to any part of his/her display while in transit or during the fair.  3. River Arts Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any entry or exhibit, or part of any entry or exhibit, at any time including the day of the art fair, without refund of booth and jury fee. Decisions made by this jury are final.
