4 Bridges Arts Festival 2018 Agreement The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Association for Visual Arts (AVA), Leo Events, the City of Chattanooga, the Chattanooga Parks, Recreation, Arts and Culture Department and the 4 Bridges Arts Festival™ committee, its officers, directors, employees and the agents of and from all action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the enforcement of all festival rules. The undersigned considers this application as commitment upon acceptance into the show and realized that no refunds will be made for late cancellation and that there will be a $50 service charge on returned checks. The undersigned understands that the festival reserves the right to remove work that does not meet standards or is not consistent in style or subject matter with the images submitted. The undersigned also understands that the above named also reserves the right to alter festival details on an as-needed basis.
