Winthrop Arts Festival and Artisan Market - 10th Annual Agreement The artist/artisan agrees to and does hereby assume any and all risks of personal injuries to the artist/artisan, including death and risk of damages to the artist/artisan's property and work, caused by or arising our of the artist/artisan's involvement in the Winthrop Arts Festival. The artist/artisan hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Winthrop Arts, Inc. from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, costs, attorney feesm expenses and judgments caused by the artist/artisan's acts or omissions or failure to abide by the rules of the Winthrop Arts Festival arising out the artist/artisan's involvement in the Festival. If accepted, Winthrop Arts, Inc. has the permission of the artist/artisan to reproduce all artwork, through the images submitted, for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing the Festival. Winthrop Arts, Inc. has the permission of the artist/artisan to publish photographs or video taken of the individual artist/artisan and their work during the Festival for purposes related to promotion of the Festival, past or future.
