Round Top Winterfest 2018 Agreement As an entrant to the WinterFest in Round Top, Texas, I accept the decision of the Jury as final and will exhibit per regulations if selected. I will also allow my work to be used for advertising purposes by WinterFest 2018 in conjunction with the show. Entrant hereby releases WinterFest, the owners, employees, staff, managers, art festival director, and associates from any and all responsibility, personal liability (injury), loss damage or legal action that may arise or occur to exhibitor, his/her goods, property or the public from any condition whatsoever during the preparation and set-up and duration of the art festival exhibit under this agreement. I will be solely responsible for his/her person and property during said exhibit. This application for entry constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant that he/she accepts the above said statements as detailed. I also confirm that the work entered and exhibited is created by me, as permitted under the WinterFest requirements.
