Talbot Street Art Fair 2018 Agreement I have read all the rules governing the Talbot Street Art Fair and agree to abide by them. I do hereby release and hold harmless Herron High School, Herron-Morton Place Association, Inc. and Talbot Street Art Fair, Inc., including any members of the TSAF committee and volunteers of and from any and all mannner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever for damage to property, theft, loss, personal injury or death that may occur during the Talbot Street Art Fair or at any time applicant's property or person is located at the fair site.
