Wimberley Arts Fest 2018 Agreement I have read the information contained in this application and agree to abide by the rules and regulations described. I hereby release the Wimberley Valley Art League (WVAL), Wimberley Arts Fest, City of Wimberley, Waters Point Resort, and all sponsors, associations, directors, employees and volunteers from personal liability, claims, damage or loss in conjunction with any and all involvement with the WVAL and Wimberley Arts Fest. The above named will not be responsible for injury incurred by exhibitors in their display location. I certify that all artwork submitted and/or displayed is my original artwork and created by me, and that work submitted in my application is a true representation of the work to be displayed . Any buy/sell or mass produced items in my display, or work not related to that in my application, can cause my removal from the festival at any time. I authorize the Wimberley Arts Fest the use of my images/personal profile and on site photography of my booth in advertising and all forms of media including web site.
