Ridgway Rendezvous Art & Craft Festival 2018 - 34th Annual Agreement By applying to the Ridgway Rendezvous Art & Craft Festival I assume all responsibility of safeguarding of my products and my display at the Ridgway Rendezvous Art & Craft Festival on August 11 & August 12, 2018. I agree to bear all risks and expenses for any losses, theft of, and/or damage to my property while it is in the possession of the Ridgway Rendezvous Arts and Crafts Festival, and their agents or employees. It is exhibitor’s responsibility to insure their property. I understand that I store my artwork at my own risk within the confines of the Festival. Weehawken Creative Arts has the right to close the Ridgway Rendezvous Art & Craft Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SHOWS.   I agree to hold harmless Ridgway Rendezvous Art & Craft Festival, Weehawken Creative Arts, their agents and employees, sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, staff, Weehawken Board, and specifically coordinating Weehawken staff,  Ashley King and the Town of Ridgway from any and all liability. The Ridgway Rendezvous Arts and Crafts Festival retain the right to use any images submitted by the artist for promotional use. I have read and agree to abide by the Festival rules as stated herein. By submitting this application, I agree to allow my images to be used by the Ridgway Rendezvous Arts and Crafts Festival for promotional purposes.
