Crosby Festival of the Arts 2018 — 53rd Annual Agreement I have read all conditions in the prospectus and agree to abide by all rules and decisions of the Festival staff. I verify that I am directly involved with each piece of work exhibited and that the work meets the Rules of Participation listed within the prospectus. I also agree that my collaborating artist agrees to abide by the conditions in the prospectus. I/we agree and release Toledo Botanical Garden from any damage to personal property or personal injury to artist or helpers while participating in the 53rd Annual Crosby Festival of the Arts. I agree to allow photos/images of me and/or my work to be used for publicity purposes.
