Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival 2018 Agreement By applying to the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival I assume all responsibility to safeguarding of my products and my display at the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival on March 24 through March 25, 2018. It is exhibitors responsibility to insure their property. Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce [show promoter] has the right to close the Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. I agree to hold harmless  Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce [show promoter], sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, or employees, for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event.
