If Event Organizers determine that a violation has occurred, I agree to withdraw my exhibit immediately. I will not hold Event Organizers, the Midsummer Arts Faire, NFP dba Q-FEST, its Board of Directors, or The District, responsible for damage, loss or theft of any kind. I understand that booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of Event Organizers. I give permission for my images to be used for publicity releases.
