Naperville Woman's Club 59th Juried Fine Art Fair Agreement ARTIST'S AGREEMENT Upon acceptance of your invitation to participate, and by submitting your booth fee payment, Artists who participate in the Naperville Woman's Club Juried 59th Fine Art Fair, agree to abide by all rules set forth herein: -The Artist named in this application verifies that they have created and have the right to display all of the work applied to this exhibit during the 2018 NWC Fine Art Fair. -The Artist named in this application agrees that the digital images submitted are representative of the work to be exhibited and the NWC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to advise the artist of any work that does not meet the standards set forth, and the Artists agrees that such work will be immediately removed upon request by NWC officials. Failure to remove such work or to abide by other rules set forth may result in the removal of Artists entire exhibit from the NWC Fine Art Fair, and in such case, the entry fee will not be refunded. I understand that every care will be taken to safeguard all works of art during the Naperville Woman's Club 59th Juried Fine Art Fair held June 23 & 24, 2018 with optional Friday set up on June 22, 2018. The Naperville Woman's Club, it's volunteers, members, Art Show Chairman and City of Naperville assume no liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of my participation in the Naperville Woman's Club 58th Juried Fine Art Fair. I further indemnify any losses of personal property. Submission of work implies acceptance of all conditions herewith set forth. I understand that this event occurs in a public area and there will be evening security, but I store my artwork at my own risk. -In consideration of Artists acceptance named in this application, to the 2018 NWC Fine Art Fair, and on behalf of Artists heirs, executors and/or administrators, the Artist named in this application waives and releases forever all rights, claims or damages that may accrue against the Naperville Woman's Club, the City of Naperville, Art Show Director, and any, and all sponsors and volunteer organizers of this Art Fair, their successors, representatives and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered while traveling to and from and while participating in the 59th Annual Naperville Woman's Club Fine Art Fair to be held June 23-24, 2018 commencing in the City of Naperville, Illinois, at Naper Settlement, and further releases the same as heretofore mentioned from liability or responsibility for and damage, or destruction which may accrue in whole or in part to Artists exhibit or any part thereof, whether through any commission by these people or visitors in conjunction with the exhibition of Artists work at the 59th Annual Fine Art Fair located and described above. There will be a $35 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Pets are not allowed on the grounds of Naper Settlement.
