Wyoming Art Show 2018 Agreement I hereby release and forever discharge Wyoming Art! Inc., The Wyoming Art Show, the City of Wyoming, all sponsoring organizations, and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application to or participation in Wyoming Art Show. Wyoming Art! Inc. will not be responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within space designated for exhibits. I agree that any pictures taken of my work in connection with this show or organization can be used for publicity without compensation. Further, I understand that I store my art at my own risk without exception or limitation. By agreeing to these terms and submitting this application form, the Applicant acknowledges having read the 2018 Wyoming Art Show Application, and agrees to abide by all rules set forth herein. Applicant agrees that images submitted for jurying are representative of work to be exhibited and that Wyoming Art! Inc., reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to advise Applicant of any work that does not meet the standards set forth and Applicant agrees that such work will be immediately removed upon request by officials of Wyoming Art! Inc. Failure to remove such work or to abide by other rules set forth may result in Applicant's removal from Wyoming Art Show and/or Applicant being prohibited from future participation. I agree to abide by all rules set forth in the 2018 Wyoming Art Show Application.
