In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Carousel Fine Craft Show as an exhibitor and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree to and provide a general release to the City of Kingsport, Tennessee, Engage Kingsport, Inc. and Tennessee Craft, as follows:

AGREEMENT: I certify that all information provided as part of this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree to abide by the rules of THE CAROUSEL FINE CRAFT SHOW. I accept full responsibility for setting up, manning and dismantling my exhibit. I agree to have my booth open and operational during the show times, and to not break down early. I understand that failure to show or cancellation of reservations after February 15, 2018 results in forfeiting my fee. I also understand that the jury committee and staff reserve the right to remove any unsuitable work at the show not conforming to show standards with no refund given. I also agree that the staff/volunteers of the sponsoring organizations have my permission to use my name, photos, and professional/biographical information in publications and for any/all promotional purposes.

GENERAL RELEASE: The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the directors/employees/volunteers of THE CAROUSEL FINE CRAFT SHOW and the CITY OF KINGSPORT, TENNESSEE, and ENGAGE KINGSPORT INC. and TENNESSEE CRAFT of and from all manner of action, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law and equity, from loss or damage to the undersigned property or from personal injury while exhibiting in the above named show.

If a dispute arises between the parties concerning any aspect of the Agreement or Release, you agree that the Agreement, the Release and the dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that all such disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, either party may initiate litigation only in the state or federal courts for Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee, and such courts shall have exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction and venue over the dispute.
