Bellevue Arts Museum ARTSfair 2018 Agreement I hereby release and forever discharge Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM), City of Bellevue, Kemper Development Company, all sponsoring organizations, their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my participation in the Bellevue Arts Museum ARTSfair (BAM ARTSfair). The BAM ARTSfair will not be responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or in space designated for exhibits. Furthermore, I understand that I store my artwork at my own risk. Applicant agrees to abide by all rules set forth herein. Applicant agrees that images submitted to the jury are representative of work to be exhibited at the BAM ARTSfair. The BAM ARTSfair reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to advise Applicants of any work that does not meet the standards set forth, and Applicant agrees that such work will be immediately removed upon request by BAM ARTSfair officials. Failure to remove such work or abide by other participation rules set forth may result in Applicant being prohibited from future participation. I agree to abide by all rules set forth. If accepted into the BAM ARTSfair, Applicant agrees to obtain a UBI # from the Department of Revenue. If accepted, Applicant agrees to give permission to BAM to use their artwork images in its internal publications and for BAM’s publicity in external print media, TV, ancillary merchandise, radio and resale items.
