Uptown Art Fair 2018 Agreement By executing this agreement, Artist states and acknowledges receipt of the 2018 Uptown Art Fair Application, incorporated herein by reference and agrees to be bound by all rules and conditions set forth therein. Artist further agrees that images submitted for review by the 2018 Uptown Art Fair jury are representative of the work to be exhibited at the festival. If Uptown Association determines, in its sole discretion, that any work exhibited by Artist(s) does not conform to the standards set forth by Uptown Association, Artist(s) agrees to remove such work from the booth space immediately upon request of Uptown Art Fair officials or representatives. Failure to remove such work or otherwise comply with all applicable rules and procedures may result in the immediate termination of Artist’s participation, without refund to or recourse by Artist(s).
