Art in the High Desert 2018 - Bend, Oregon Agreement Legal Agreement for Artists, Art in the High Desert- 2018 By submitting this application to Art in the High Desert (AHD), the Artist/Exhibitor(s): Has received, read, understands, and agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and guidelines in the 2018 Prospectus & Application for Art in the High Desert. Confirms that s/he is directly involved with making each piece of work to be exhibited for sale. Consents to and authorizes the use of any images of her/his submitted through the jury process work in promotional literature and/or promotional and educational endeavors by Art in the High Desert. Understands that if AHD determines that any work exhibited by the Artist(s) does not conform to the Rules and Guidelines for Participation, the Artist(s) agrees to remove that work from the booth space immediately upon request by show officials.
