The undersigned artist hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Carmel Arts Festival, Inc. d/b/a the Carmel International Arts Festival, the City of Carmel, Indiana and their respective officials, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all loss or damage to the undersigned's property or any personal injury or death which the undersigned or the undersigned's employees or agents may sustain during, on account of, or as a result of their participation in the Carmel International Arts Festival on September 22 & 23, 2018.  The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules, policies and guidelines of the Carmel International Arts Festival and understands that failure to do so will result in the undersigned's expulsion from the Festival.  The undersigned consents to the Festival's use of reproductions of slides and biographical information gratis in Festival promotional materials.
