Broad Ripple Art Fair at the Indianapolis Art Center 48th Annual 2018 Agreement Risk and Liability Statement The applicant hereby: (1) releases and agrees to hold harmless the Indianapolis Art Center from any loss or damage to undersigned’s property or any personal injury which he/she may sustain while setting up for, participating in, or in conjunction with the Broad Ripple Art Fair during May 2018, and: (2) agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless the Indianapolis Art Center (including its court costs and attorneys’ fees) from any loss or damage to any property of, or any personal injury to, any third party caused by reason of any negligent or intentional act or omission by applicant while setting up for, participating in, or in connection with the Broad Ripple Art Fair during May, 2018. The term “applicant” as used herein shall include the applicant individual, partnership, corporation and/or any other legal entity in any of its or their variations, and applicants’ officers, agents, employees, contractors, heirs, successors, alter egos and assigns. If accepted, the applicant agrees that photographs of the artist and/or his/her work may be used by the Broad Ripple Art Fair and the Indianapolis Art Center for promotional or publicity purposes. Further, the applicant agrees to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines developed by the Indianapolis Art Center for the Broad Ripple Art Fair as outlined in this Call For Entries and in all future correspondence, and understands that failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion from this year’s or future Fairs. The Indianapolis Art Center reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all of its rules, policies and guidelines.
