Fine Arts & Crafts Festival 2018 | Estes Park, CO Agreement I have read and agree to abide by the Festival Rules and Regulations as stated herein.  I understand what work is eligible for this Festival.  I warrant that images submitted for jurying represent the work I will exhibit and agree to display only my own work. I understand that FAGR reserves the right at its discretion, to advise an artist of any work that does not meet the standards set forth.  Failure to remove such work upon request will result in the artist's immediate removal from the Festival without refund and in possible exclusion from future Festivals. I will not encroach on another exhibitor's space.  I understand this application does not guarantee me a space.  I hereby release and hold harmless the Fine Arts Guild of the Rockies, Town of Estes Park, or any Fine Arts Guild of the Rockies' sponsors, officers, volunteers, and employees from any and all liability, including but not limited to, theft, personal injury, bodily injury, strike, public enemy or act of God.  Overnight security is provided by the Fine Arts Guild.  I understand that I store my artwork at my own risk.
