Artsfest on Walnut Street 2018 Agreement The submitting artist, in consideration of the privilege granted by the Springfield Regional Arts Council and the Downtown Springfield Association to participate in Artsfest 2018, does hereby release all members of the Springfield Regional Arts Council and the Downtown Springfield Association, its staff and any volunteer engaged in Artsfest 2018 activities, and further agrees to indemnify and defend any such member, staff or volunteer from and against any and all claims which might be made against them arising out of the undersigned's participation in Artsfest 2018. Artsfest staff reserves the right to use images from any exhibitor for promotional purposes.
