Coupeville Arts & Crafts Festival 2018 Agreement

By applying Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept all conditions outlined in the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival Artisan Guidelines. Vendor agrees to hold the Coupeville Festival Association harmless from (a) claims for any damage to or loss of artwork and/or crafts incurred while exhibiting at the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival, (b) claims for product liability, (c) claims for injury.



All vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance covering $100,000 minimum, naming the Coupeville Festival Association as Certificate holder for the weekend of the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival.  Note:  Vendors checking in Friday should include the Friday date.  The Coupeville Festival Association is required to confirm that each festival vendor is insured.  Note:  Insurance carriers should e-mail insurance certificate to COI@coupevillefestival.com.  Deadline for e-mail receipt is June 1.



Booth sitters can provide a 20-minute break as a service provided by Coupeville Festival Association for the vendors' convenience. This service is offered at no cost to the vendor. The CFA is not responsible for any damages and/or losses at your booth during the time of this service.
