Plantation Art in the Park 2018 - 52nd Annual - Artist & Crafter Application Agreement By submitting an application to become an exhibitor in the 52nd  Annual Art In The Park on November 10 & 11 2018, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by PJWC. I hereby release and forever discharge the Plantation Junior Women’s Club, The City of Plantation and its officers, agents and employees, as well as all sponsoring organizations and their employees from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, claims, or damage arising out of or in connection with this show. If accepted, I understand that my entry fee shall NOT be refunded if all or part of the show is cancelled due to inclement weather or other acts of God over which PJWC has no control and that the fee is non-­refundable whether or not I attend. The undersigned does hereby certify that he/she is the sole producer of the work exhibited. If the finished product is the result of a two-person team, both must sign.
