Applicant(s) agrees submitting a completed signed or typed signature application electronically or otherwise is agreeing to all the statements, terms, fees, conditions, rules, regulations, licensing & insurances required by ART ATTAKS LLC, federal, state or local officials or property owners/managers. Applicant(s) does expressly release and hold harmless ART ATTAKS LLC employees, associates, volunteers & cities, property owners, associations or sponsors & their employees, volunteers or associates of & from any & all manner of liability, suits, damages, injury, claims or loss to any person including death, business or property which may arise while or from exhibiting during the event(s) or from products applicant(s) sells, displays or gives away during events. Applicant(s) expressly waive all rights to charge backs of credit card charges or reversal of debit card charges or check stop payments as a form of negotiation or dispute. Applicant(s) agrees the signed application contract is a blanket authorization to charge the presented credit card(s) or debit card(s) any & all fees associated with applicant(s) show participation & agreement to the terms.There are no refunds for cancelations due to forces of nature, man made or otherwise. Credit to a future event may be offered to applicant should applicant cancel 30 days prior to show in writing by email. No refunds apply for any stated, printed / advertised features, elements, participants or guests that do not complete any show. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events.  ART ATTAKS LLC will not be liable in any way to compensate any party beyond the individual show fee paid for failure to fulfill this contract. Applicant(s) agree to exhibit at own risk & assume full financial responsibility for all its associates & products brought on site. We reserve the right to make policy changes & final interpretation of all statements, terms, conditions, rules & regulations. Upon acceptance applicant(s) permit use and or reproduction of product images, images of applicant(s) & images taken of applicant(s) with goods during/after fair as promotional tools. Please sign & return original application contract. This agreement may not be altered, amended or waived.
