Wild about Art at the Toledo Zoo 2018 Agreement Wild about Art Risk Awareness Agreement I hereby state that our group is aware of and accept the risk inherent in the use of Toledo Zoological Society, Inc.’s facilities due to the outdoor setting and potential for inclement weather. We agree to disclose to Toledo Zoological Society any hazardous materials (not limited to propane, solvents, etc.) and realize that the zoo reserves the right to refuse to allow such materials to be used on zoo property. We voluntarily and without reservation and on behalf of ourselves, our heirs, and our estate, hereby indemnify, defend and save harmless Toledo Zoological Society and the Board of Directors, their officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss damages, costs, or expenses which are sustained, incurred, or required arising out of our actions and/or omissions during the course of the use of the Toledo Zoological Society facilities during the Wild about Art event. We further agree to follow all procedures and safety precautions set forth by Toledo Zoological Society and give it full authority to take whatever action it believes is reasonably warranted under the circumstances regarding our health and safety if we are not in a condition to give informed consent including but not limited to the provision of emergency medical, psychological, and psychiatric procedures or first aid, the admittance to a hospital, or the care of a medical professional. We agree to pay for and guarantee payment of these related expenses.
