Sidewalk Art Festival 2018- 64th Annual presented by the Eagle Rock Art Guild Agreement *LEGAL AGREEMENT: 1.) Upon receipt of acceptance and booth fees received for this event, you acklowedge and are obligated by agreement to follow  all the rules and regulations of this event, and all city, state, and federal laws. 2.) Acknowledgement and agreement of the rules and regulations are handled to safeguard against damage to  public property, your property, and fairness and respect to others property. IN TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE BEING RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS TO NATURE, FELLOW ARTISTS AND THE PUBLIC.  3). Eagle Rock Art Guild is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage, theft, or loss of property, nor personal injury during the participation of the show. EXHIBITOR'S MAINTAIN ALL RISK. 4.) Through acknowledgement and agreement any booth space assigned to you will be finalized with no further changes on or by July 10, 2018. Spaces requested will be on a first come first serve basis; acknowledged in accordance with Show Committee and pertaining first and foremost to 1) physical condition and/or reasons assoiciated with health of participants, 2) past participation and lastly 3) by varying the mediums.  5.) In the abiding agreement; if a complaint is made by or against you directly pertaining to the rules and regulations of the show/event and brought to the Shows committee attention;ERAG broad and Show Committee reserves the right to discuss and administer  a penality as a direct result of NOT following the rules and regulations (i.e. warning, no future invite, payment of damages rendered to public property) at the next scheduled meeting. ERAG will  provide a written statement and declared decision made by the ERAG board as a result of not abiding to rules and regulations set forth in this legal agreement.  6.) ERAG will not use any photos of artwork submitted for jurying without the artist permission, but reserves the right to take photos of the event overall for memoirs and advertising the event on soicial media and websites, not any specific booth or artist's will be conveyed unless otherwise permitted by the artist.
