Morristown CraftMarket 2018 Agreement Morristown CraftMarket 2018 Agreement General Release and Acceptance of Rules: I/we the applicant(s) have read the Show Rules set forth in the Show Prospectus in ZAPPlication for Morristown CraftMarket 2018  ("the Show"), and agree to abide by those rules. I/we the applicant(s) expressly release the Kiwanis Club of Randolph Township, NJ and/or the Morristown CraftMarket (collectively, "the Producer") from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, business or property which may arise from participation in the Show, and agree to hold and save the Producer harmless of any damage, injury or loss by reason thereof. If this Application and Contract is accepted, I/we give permission to use my name, business name, website address and city and state along with photographs, videotape or images taken of my work or of me for advertising and publicity purposes. I/we certify that my/our work to be exhibited in the Show is of my/our original design, and made by me/us or under the direct supervision of me/us in the United States of America.  I/we acknowledge and agree that no importers or resellers are permitted to exhibit in the Show.  I/we acknowledge and agree that while 24-hour security is provided throughout the Show, it is understood that the Producer, the Kiwanis Club of Randolph Township, NJ and/or the Morristown CraftMarket will not be responsible for damage, theft or loss or an individual’s work, personal property or display. In the event of cancellation of the Show, a processing fee of $10 per application will be withheld from any refund to an Artist.  The Producer also reserves the right to withhold twenty-five percent (25%) of the booth fee paid from any refund to an Artist in the event of fire, flood, severe weather or any act of God over which the parties have no control, or in the event of cancellation of the Show by the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs for any reason whatsover or in the event of unavailability of the venue for the Show for any reason whatsover, including any deployment of troops.   I/we acknowlege and agree that exhibitors participating in the Show shall conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to the Show as determined and judged in the sole discretion of the Show Director.  I/we further acknowlege and agree that the Show Director may take any action that the Show Director may deem necessary for compliance with such conduct of exhibitors for the Show as the Show Director may deem necessary, including expuslion of an exhibiting artist from the Morristown CraftMarket without a refund of any fees paid. I/we acknowledge and agree that the Morristown CraftMarket has duly authorized its Show Director to be its sole authority and arbiter to decide and to make any interpretation of all rules for the Show, and I/we will accept and abide by the final decisions of the Show Director in all matters relating to the rules of the Show.  I/we acknowlege and agree that any such decisions of the Show Director are final in all matters and not subject to any appeal or arbitration.
