By applying to the Saginaw Old Town Art Fair, I assume all responsibility to safeguarding of my products and my display at the Saginaw Old Town Art Fair on August 10-11, 2018. It is my, the exhibitor’s, responsibility to insure my property. Saginaw Old Town Art Fair has the right to close the Art Fair if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. I agree to hold harmless Saginaw Old Town Art Fair, sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, or employees, for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event.

As a condition of my participating in the Saginaw Old Town Art Fair, I agree to bear all risk and expense and to hold harmless and indemnify the Saginaw Old Town Art Fair for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury to my person, regardless of cause.  I agree that each item displayed will be my unique and original artwork, and to abide by all the rules and regulations set
