Tinglewood Festival 2018 Agreement By applying, applicant agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Tinglewood Festival, Montevallo Chamber of Commerce, Montevalo Main Street, Montevallo Arts Council, City of Montevallo, its agents, officers, officials, employees, and volunteers and hold harmless the afore mentioned and its agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, expenses, costs, and other legal expenses of every kind to which they may be subject to by reason of any act or omission, whether intentional or negligent, or from strict liability, arising from the conduct of any participant, invitee, attendee, sponsor or any third person who is or is not an invitee, attendee, participant, or sponsor of the event. By applying for the Tinglewood Festival you agree that you have read and will comply with all rules, and further agree to release photography rights to the Tinglewood Festival, Montevallo Chamber of Commerce, Montevalo Main Street, Montevallo Arts Council, and City of Montevallo for use in promotional materials, social media and their website. We reserve the right to prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit or restrict any activity or conduct deemed undesirable.
