Atalaya Arts & Crafts Festival 2018 Agreement The undersigned agrees that he or she will be responsible for any loss or damage to his or her artwork and for personal injury during the course of the Festival and releases the SC Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism from any claims whatsoever resulting therefrom. It is further agreed that the undersigned will abide by all rules and instructions set forth by Festival officials. I grant permission to the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism permission to use my name, business name, images/photos, city and state and any photographs taken at the show of me or my items for advertising and publicity purposes, (website, rack card brochures, artist postcards and other promotional materials) other general uses to promote South Carolina and SC State Parks. This release gives the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism permission to use the slides/photos/images of artwork from the festival for any print, broadcast, web/internet, PR or other promotional/marketing materials for the Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival. The South Carolina State Park Service reserves the right to make adjustments to these guidelines and to make other decisions in order to ensure a successful event and fairness to the exhibitors.
