Silverthorne Fine Art Festival 2018 Agreement As a condition of my participation in the Breckenridge Gathering at the Great Divide Art Festival, I agree to bear all risks and expenses for any losses, theft of, and/or damage to my Artwork or injury to my person, family or guests regardless of the cause.  I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have against ,Dick Cunningham, Tina Cunningham,Cunningham Enterprises, Town of Silverthorne, All associated sponsors and/or agents of Mountain Art Festivals.  I agree that each item displayed and/or sold will be of my unique designs my original artwork. My reservation for this show is a commitment to participate in this show, and that no refunds will be made for cancellation requests after cancellation deadline dates.
