CraftArt Festival 2018 Agreement • By submitting this application, the exhibitor assures that he or she has direct, hands-on involvement in the creation and execution of all of his or her works to be exhibited; works are original, handmade by the artist and created within the last three years. No kits, molds, or embellishments are permitted. The CraftArt Festival 2018 Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules of eligibility. The undersigned does hereby forever discharge and release Florida CraftArt., individually and on behalf of Florida CraftArt, d/b/a CraftArt Festival 20178 the City of St. Petersburg, and all participating sponsoring organizations from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the CraftArt Festival 2018 Committee. Once at the CraftArt Festival 2018, the Committee will review each artist’s work, and those not corresponding in nature to the original image entries submitted by the artist may be asked to remove their entire exhibit without refund. Images of artists selected to exhibit will automatically be held for publicity purposes. In submitting this application, you state that you have read all rules and agree to abide by them.
