I am aware that, if selected, my entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If I am not selected, my check will be mailed back to me. I hereby and forever discharge and release the Newtown Arts Festival and its parent organization NCAC (and its representatives), and the Town of Newtown from all manner of actions, suits, claims, and demands whatsoever in law and in equity to damage or loss to person and to undersigned’s property while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the Newtown Arts Festival, its agents and representatives.
