Arizona Fine Art EXPO - 15th Annual 2019 - Thunderbird Artists Agreement I have reviewed the show information, rules and regulations and agree to the following: I hereby release and forever discharge Thunderbird Artists, Arizona Fine Art Expo, City of Scottsdale, State Land Trust, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my participation in the 14th Annual Arizona Fine Art Expo, 2018. Complete contractual terms will be provided upon invitation to exhibit at the show.
