Artist’s and Crafter’s Contract 

Release: The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Highlands Art League, Inc. (HAL) and the City of Sebring from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from loss or damage to the undersigned’s property or person during his/her participation in and presence on the premises of the Highlands Art Festival, Sebring, Florida.
