With submission of this online application, applicant hereby certifies that they have read and they accept the conditions of the above acknowledgement.  Applicant further certifies that all information provided is true and correct.  Old School Square and Cornell Art Museum staff reserves the right to use artist's images for promotional purposes, including advertising, publicity and web-based distribution outlets including social media.  No compensation will be given for use of these images.
