Redlands Festival of Arts 2019 Agreement The Redlands Festival of Arts, Inc. reserves the right to utilize all artists' names and images submitted to the Art Festival in any and all media. Artists are responsible for payment of taxes to any city, county, state or federal agency. All exhibitors must have a current California State Board of Equalization permit. For out-of-state exhibitors needing a temporary 30 day California State Board of Equalization permit, visit: http://www.boe.ca.gov/ Out-of-state artists do not have to send CA Sellers Permits until notified of acceptance. All arists will be required to obtain a 2 day temporary permit from the City of Redlands. The cost of the permit for the 2 days is $8.00. Exhibitors will be responsible for the security of their work. Neither the Redlands Festival of Arts Corporation nor the City of Redlands will assume responsibility for any loss or damage to any artistic works or display materials from any cause. All exhibitors must carry adequate theft and liability insurance and agree to hold harmless Redlands Festival of Arts, Inc. and the City of Redlands for any loss, theft, damage or injury.
