Arts Fair on the Square - Bloomington, IN 2019 Agreement The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Bloomington Playwrights Project from any loss or damage to the undersigned's property or any personal injury which he/she or assistant may sustain while setting up or participating in Arts Fair on the Square or and related events. The undersigned agrees to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines developed by the Bloomington Playwrights Project for Arts Fair on the Square as outlined in this prospectus and in all future correspondence and understands that failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion from this year’s show and/or future shows. The Bloomington Playwrights Project reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all rules as they apply to Arts Fair on the Square.
