Art in the Park Festival 2019 - Lanesboro Arts Agreement I hereby certify that the work I will display and sell at Lanesboro Arts' Art in the Park festival will represent my own unique and original work. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials. As an exhibitor in Lanesboro Arts' Art in the Park festival, I assume all responsibility to safeguarding of my products and my display at the Art in the Park festival on June 15, 2019. It is each exhibitors' responsibility to insure their property; Lanesboro Arts provides no security nor responsibility for exhibitors' property. Lanesboro Arts has the right to close the Art in the Park Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SHOWS OR FOR APPLICATION FEES WHATSOEVER. I agree to hold harmless Lanesboro Arts, sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, or employees, for any damage, loss or injury resulting from my participation in this event.
