Smithville Fiddlers' Jamboree + Crafts Festival 2019 Agreement The applying vendor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Smithville Fiddlers' Jamboree & Crafts Festival, it's Board of Directors, officers, agents and volunteers and the City of Smithville, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings, or causes of action of every kind and charcter in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the applying vendor's participation in the Smithville Fiddlers' Jamboree and Crafts Festival and of this agreement and/or respond to, provide defense for and defend any such claims, etc., at his/her sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent.  Furthermore, the applying vendor attests to the accuracy of the information provided and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the craft show.
