Bloomin' Arts Festival 2019 Agreement As a condition of my participating in the Bloomin' Arts Festival, I agree to bear all risk and expense and to hold harmless and indemnify the Bloomin' Arts Festival for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury to my person, regardless of cause. By applying to the Bloomin' Arts Festival, I assume all responsibility to the safeguarding of my Artwork and/or Fine Crafts and my display at the Bloomin' Arts Festival. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to insure their property. The Bloomin' Arts Executive Committee has the right to close the Bloomin' Arts Festival if any unforeseen circumstances occur that would affect the safety of the event attendees or vendors. I hereby certify that the work I will display and sell at the Bloomin' Arts Festival will represent my own work. I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity and/or materials."
