I release The St. Charles Fine Art Show committee and The Downtown St. Charles Partnership from any liability for loss or damage to artwork, persons or other property from any cause, and accept full responsibility for the care, safety, & security of my work and property, and carry adequate liability insurance. All artwork submitted with this application to be displayed at the 2019 St. Charles Fine Art Show, if accepted, is my original design, concept and execution. The DSCP reserves the right to use photographs taken at this event for future promotions.
